Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Bhagya Vidhata Foundation (herein referred as “BVF”) activities on secure online payment gateway as under:
Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We, therefore, request you to be sure before you donate.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the child development, education, health, environment and other developmental activities of the organization.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for the sole purpose of DONATION towards BVF activities will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to BVF.
Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by BVF with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. BVF will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
